Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using SchoolHub ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, then you may not access the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

Description of Service

SchoolHub is a family scheduling application designed to help parents organize their children's school and activity schedules. The Service includes features for:

• Managing children's activities, schools, and schedules
• Creating and joining family groups to share schedules with other caregivers
• Receiving smart reminders and live notifications for upcoming rides and pickups
• Calculating travel times and viewing routes using location services
• Syncing schedules across family members
• Browsing the Hub — a public directory of schools, kindergartens, and educational services
• Contacting schools and vendors directly through dynamic enrollment and contact forms
• Joining waiting lists for services that are at full capacity
• Receiving automated email confirmations and status updates related to your inquiries

User Accounts

Account Creation

To use certain features of our Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Accept all responsibility for activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of unauthorized use of your account

Age Requirements

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use our Service. If you are under 18, you may only use the Service with the involvement and consent of a parent or guardian.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to solicit unlawful activity
• Violate any international, federal, provincial, or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances
• Infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others
• Harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate, or discriminate
• Submit false or misleading information
• Upload or transmit viruses or any other type of malicious code
• Spam, phish, pharm, pretext, spider, crawl, or scrape
• Interfere with or circumvent the security features of the Service

Free Service

The Service is currently provided free of charge. We reserve the right to introduce paid features or subscription plans in the future. If we do, we will provide advance notice and any paid features will be clearly identified before purchase. Some schools and vendors listed in the Hub may offer paid services. Any commercial relationship between you and a vendor is solely between you and that vendor — SchoolHub is not a party to such arrangements and is not responsible for any fees, payments, or disputes between you and a vendor.

Advertising and Analytics

We use third-party advertising measurement services to understand how users discover SchoolHub. By using the Service, you acknowledge that:

• Device advertising identifiers may be collected for measuring advertising campaign effectiveness
• App usage data may be shared with advertising partners (Meta/Facebook) for measurement purposes
• On iOS, you will be asked to allow or deny tracking when you first use the app. Your choice will be respected.
• On Android, you can opt out of personalized advertising in your device settings

Intellectual Property Rights

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of SchoolHub and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.

User Content

Our Service allows you to post, link, store, share and otherwise make available certain information, text, graphics, or other material ("Content"). You are responsible for the Content you post to the Service, including:

• Ensuring you have the right to share the Content
• Ensuring the Content does not violate these Terms or applicable laws
• Maintaining backups of important Content

By posting Content to the Service, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, modify, and display such Content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you and other users.

Information you submit through Hub contact or enrollment forms (such as your name, contact details, and service preferences) is shared directly with the school or vendor you chose to contact. By submitting a form, you consent to this information being forwarded to that vendor. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the information you provide.

Family Groups and Shared Data

SchoolHub allows you to create family groups to share schedules with other trusted adults (such as a spouse, partner, or caregiver). When using family groups:

• The family group creator is responsible for inviting appropriate members
• All family members can view and edit shared children, schools, and activities
• You are responsible for any content added by family members you invite
• Removing a family member will revoke their access to shared data
• If you leave a family group, you will lose access to that group's shared data

You should only invite people you trust to your family group. SchoolHub is not responsible for actions taken by family members you invite.

Hub Directory and Vendor Communication

SchoolHub includes a Hub — a public directory of schools, kindergartens, and educational services. By using the Hub, you agree to the following:

Browsing

You may browse school and vendor profiles, view their services, locations, and availability at no cost and without sharing personal information.

Contact and Enrollment Forms

Some schools and vendors offer contact or enrollment forms through the Hub. Each vendor configures their own form and may request different information. When you submit a form:

• The information you provide is sent directly to the school or vendor you selected.
• An automated email notification is sent to the vendor on your behalf containing your form submission.
• You acknowledge that you are initiating contact with the vendor and consenting to share the information you entered in the form.
• SchoolHub acts as an intermediary to deliver your inquiry — we do not review, modify, or take responsibility for the content of your submission.

Waiting Lists

If a service is at full capacity, you may choose to join a waiting list. By doing so:

• The information you provided in the form is stored and shared with the vendor.
• The vendor may contact you when availability opens. SchoolHub does not guarantee that a spot will become available.
• Being on a waiting list does not constitute a reservation, booking, or guarantee of service.

Phone Verification

Some forms may require phone number verification via a one-time SMS code. By providing your phone number and completing verification, you confirm that the number belongs to you and consent to receiving the verification SMS.

Vendor Responsibility

SchoolHub is not responsible for:

• The accuracy, quality, safety, or legality of any school, vendor, or service listed in the Hub.
• Any communication, agreement, or dispute between you and a vendor.
• The vendor's handling of your personal data after it has been shared through a form submission. Each vendor is independently responsible for their own data practices.
• The availability, capacity, or quality of services advertised by vendors.

SchoolHub does not endorse, recommend, or guarantee any school or vendor listed in the Hub. Listings are provided for informational purposes only. The presence of a "Verified Business" badge indicates that the vendor has been verified by SchoolHub as a legitimate business — it does not constitute an endorsement of their services.

Service Availability

Vendors manage their own service availability and capacity. SchoolHub displays this information as provided by the vendor and does not verify or guarantee its accuracy. Services shown as "available" may become full at any time.

Location Services and Travel Estimates

SchoolHub uses location services to calculate travel times and display routes to schools and activities. You acknowledge that:

• Travel time estimates are approximate and may not reflect actual traffic or road conditions
• Traffic, weather, accidents, and other factors can significantly affect actual travel times
• You are solely responsible for allowing sufficient time for travel
• Location accuracy depends on your device capabilities and environmental factors
• SchoolHub is not liable for missed appointments, late arrivals, or any consequences resulting from reliance on travel time estimates

Session Replays and In-App Surveys

To improve the user experience, SchoolHub may record anonymized session replays of how you interact with the app (screen transitions, taps, scrolls). All text inputs are automatically masked — we never record what you type. Session replays are used solely by the SchoolHub development team to identify usability issues and improve the app.

SchoolHub may also display optional in-app surveys. Participation in surveys is voluntary. Your responses are used to improve the product and are not shared with third parties.

By using the Service, you consent to the collection of anonymized session replay data and the display of optional surveys as described above.

Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of the Service, to understand our practices. By using our Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately, and we may delete your account and all associated data.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. SchoolHub and its suppliers and licensors hereby disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, statutory, or otherwise. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall SchoolHub, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Service.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus and applicable European Union regulations, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cyprus. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
